We aim to have your items packaged and ready for posting within 1-4 working days (this may be longer during busy periods). Please note orders placed on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

All items are sent via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location but please note that standard postage can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
We can only escalate delayed delivery enquiries with Royal Mail after 10 working days after we have shipped your item.
Please note that all import or customs duties/ taxes are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.
