Refund policy

We hope you have fallen in love with your new Parful Stuff.

FAULTY/ DAMAGED GOODS

If however, upon receipt of your order your items are incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately.

We do not want to see anybody unhappy with their items due to damage, life is too short for that, but we do ask that you contact us immediately upon receipt of parcel so that we can help and action accordingly.

 

14-DAY REFUND POLICY

If you have just changed your mind and no longer want your items, that is no problem, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Contact us with order details and to let us know you are returning your items. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Don't forget to obtain a proof of postage receipt as products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund. Items returned in poor condition will also not be eligible for a full refund.

Once item has been returned in original state, a full refund will be issued to you.
