What does “Parful” mean?
It is simply a very colloquial and affectionate way of saying “powerful”.
How long will it be to my parcel arrives?
We try and get parcels processed and packaged as quickly as possible, within 1-4 days from ordering, and then dispatched using "Royal Mail" thereafter. (Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday).
Tracked options are available at checkout; with Tracked 24 usually taking 1-5 working days from dispatch and Tracked 48 usually taking 2-7 days from dispatch. With this option you will be able to track your parcel and know when it will be arriving. Note, all NI/UK orders over £30.00 will receive free shipping.
If your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days then please send a wee email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I place an order to be sent direct to someone as a gift?
Course you can, ye thoughtful dote! Just simply place the recipient’s name and address in the shipping section and put your name and address in the billing section.
Don't forget to add a message for the recipient in the notes box at checkout and we will add this to the parcel.
There will be no packing slip or prices included in any parcels either.

Do your prints come framed?
No, all our prints are sold unframed. Mainly due to pricing and shipping charges.
To be honest though, if you are anything like us, you likely have frames lying about the place or have your own style that you would prefer anyway. Failing that, (for those in UK & Ireland) Tesco, Home Bargains, The Range, IKEA, Next or even aul B&M Bargains are as handy a place as any for frames 😉.
How are items sent?
To ensure your items arrive safely all items are carefully packaged and protected accordingly. For example:
Cards and notepads are sent using hardback board “Do Not Bent” envelopes.
Prints are carefully placed into biodegradable sleeves supported by tough, high quality corrugated cardboard stiffeners and sent flat using hardback board “Do Not Bent” envelopes.
An item I want to buy appears to be out of stock, what can I do?
Our product range is forever expanding and changing. Some items have been or will be reinvented and some will just not be coming back to stock. If the item is within the "END OF LINE" section then please note that the product will not be returning to stock. If any doubts or unsure, don't be afraid to pop a wee message through the chat button and we can advise accordingly.
